I'm always happy with the service here, professional, friendly and very family-like! Good service and not over-price! Even comparing with the service of BMW, you get better service here! Surprisingly, but true, according to my own experience! Maybe not everyone gave a good review, but for being a customer for more than 10 years, this place had never failed my expectation! Thanks a lot for the great service!

Unfortunately I can only agree ... Unfriendly, incompetent and above all unreliable staff! I cannot recommend it because I was left with my problem.

Something like this has never happened to me. I called today because of a recall from Nissan. The boss herself said in the first sentence that I should look for another workshop, she was fully booked. When I asked when it would be possible to get an appointment again, I was told the coming year (that's at least 4 months). Let's be honest ... that's the very last thing !!!! Filed a direct complaint with Nissan Germany.

Mrs. Humann is the rudeness in person. Almost outrageous the lady. We definitely do not come anymore ...
