I bought an Audi A4 1,8TFSI at the dealership in 2015. Already in the warranty period, there was an increase in oil consumption, which was still within tolerance. The oil consumption continued to rise until the vehicle began to smoke from the exhaust - but now out of warranty. It turned out that this vehicle from the factory a false construction of Kolbenabstreifringe existed - in the US there was even a recall, not in Germany. So this known Audi problem should have been known to the dealership. Sooner or later, the vehicle would suffer engine damage if the pistons were not replaced.
