Telephone accessibility underground poor. Statements made among witnesses are broken, and calls and emails are no longer responded to. Everything was perfect up to the conclusion of the contract, after which you no longer know each other. The tank was so empty that you just got to the gas station. Absolute NoGo. Once and never again, stay away from it!

Until the purchase contract, everything in great agreement .... but after that, at the time of collection: If you should get a 2 year guarantee on business costs, this was suddenly only possible at my expense. There was only enough gas in the tank that I just got to the gas station 1km away and when I asked him about it, he only said that he had reduced the purchase price by several hundred euros (220, - €), but this was for it thought, because I did NOT need German license plates, but had to get some from France (place of residence). I thought it wouldn't be nice to left a handicapped woman like that, then he said to me: “If you are handicapped, I am even more handicapped. Discrimination - DISAPPOINTED !!! Never again at Auto Deluxe Hassloch !!!

Very difficult to reach, no response to emails. Promises are not kept. Not recommendable.

Very unfriendly seller. Very unwillingly answered my questions about the car. He couldn't or didn't want to answer questions about the previous owner. When I was told that I would of course also look at other cars, he reacted almost aggressively and said, "Then first take a look at the others and then come back". He would not have time to deal long with undecided customers. Such behavior is totally unacceptable. Even 1 star is still too much, but unfortunately 0 stars are not technically possible.
