Been there for the second time with a different car. Asked a question. Mechanic came to the car, carefully examined, very friendly. No costs. This is how I imagine customer friendliness. I can only recommend it👍
a company that makes statements on the phone and does not know anything about it afterwards and / or claims the opposite, reads the fault memory - but actually not! But the main thing is that the customer pays for these "falsehoods"! And a management that does not need to respond to complaints, let alone respond! Only bad !
