Checking the climate with topping up the liquid € 237. A little overpriced. Although my vehicle has a guarantee and the check was at the end of August, nothing has been clarified about the guarantee and the overpriced invoice has been sent to me. The invoice will be transferred and I will look for another Audi authorized workshop for further inspections and repairs. If the service had told me in advance that it was not covered by the guarantee or what it would cost, I would have refused to refill the air conditioning. Filling the air conditioner usually costs € 50-100, but asking € 237 is a cheek. This is not how you win new customers.

I am regularly in RP from Berlin and, through a personal recommendation, ended up at the Armbrust car dealership. Since then (2016) I have been regularly at the Armbrust dealership for maintenance and repairs with my Golf. I've never been disappointed; so far everything is fine! In January 2021 my Golf was there to repair the clutch. After that, the car probably had the best clutch to date. My special thanks also go to Hern Weber as a customer advisor. I have never looked for the cheapest workshops, but the most reliable ones. Of all the workshops I have known so far, you are the best!
