When it comes to the repair of engines, cylinder heads and gearboxes, in my opinion there is no better address than Staab. During my last visit, Mr. Staab overhauled my Audi dual clutch transmission. Top work at a good price, which was well below the competition in the Rhine-Neckar region. He just knows how to do it and as a customer you are treated fairly, competently and friendly.

I can not recommend motors Staab. Had there a cylinder head for repair. Sixteen valves should be replaced, including stem seals. Cylinder head checked for flatness may be tarpaulin. And a stud should be drilled out. It has already been said that it could take about two weeks because currently a lot of work would be. Clearly no problem, I said you have three weeks time because I go on vacation now. After the three weeks the repair was not finished yet. That's when I made my disappointment clear the first time. A week later, the cylinder head was ready. The second disappointment came when picking up. It was a bill of 504 € including tax opened. So I thought, for the money, I would have gotten an exchange head which I would have had faster then available. It was only the employee who told me that the boss is currently on vacation. And unfortunately he can not say anything about the bill. I once promised him that I'll come back when the boss is there. For the work that was done I would like to say something positive.
