I felt that I was in good hands from the first minute. I went there over the weekend for 1000 km maintenance on my NIU. And although I did not purchase the vehicle there, I received a very warm welcome. When I made the appointment a week before, I was advised that I should take into account the time to charge the batteries of my e-vehicle because of the longer journey. It was even offered that if I did 30 min. Arrive before the store opens, can start loading for the return trip. During the waiting time until the battery was ready again, I was able to experience how warmly the customers are treated here. Everything went great during maintenance and various additional questions were answered patiently, friendly and competently. With the next maintenance I will definitely take the route again.

If I say the man knows what he's talking about, then it is not praise. Very competent, the man, great advice.

Great service, top advice, nice team. We finally found a workshop that gets our Vespa up and running. Our previous workshop in Speyer has not been able to do that in 14 years. I can only recommend it!
