Thanks for the excellent support! Our vacation trip with a caravan suddenly ended with a serious breakdown on the motorway. The team was towed away and an extremely competent and friendly employee from Auto Böhler GmbH in Neustadt then made sure that we got an ADAC replacement vehicle with a trailer coupling. We had to break off our vacation, but we were able to return home with the caravan that same evening.

At Auto Böhler, customer service is still very important. The staff are friendly and very helpful, even beyond the normal duty. If I have a car breakdown again, hopefully in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse.

Courteous service: We come from Munich and had forgotten two music stands in our rental car at Auto Böhler in Neustadt. Upon short request, these were sent to us decently and free of charge. Thanks a lot for this!
