I can only strongly advise against taking your car there. The store is so dubious that it should be closed immediately. The downright grotesque nonsensical commentary, which is made up of a world-class workshop, would only have a right to exist if it were meant satirically or ironically, which unfortunately is obviously not the case. In addition, some of the positive reviews are probably bought and from the same person. Examples of this are two entries with identical spelling errors: "Werkstadt".

Always help, great workshop, great value for money

Upon recommendation, I contacted this workshop, as the TÜV is due and I wanted to inquire about the fees. An extremely unfriendly lady literally teased me on the phone and after I tried to stop your aggressive flow of words, she just hung up. I have not been a customer before and the way my question was answered does not speak for this workshop. Corona and the heat bother a lot of people, but like this you don't deal with potential customers.

Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with my first visit to the workshop. Have the A 170 of my late father for inspection. I asked for the battery to be tested. Also I would like a KV respect. To eliminate the paint and body damage. At the delivery of the vehicle, I have given notice that I will be called when the car is ready. 1. My friend, is now with a defective battery and must wait for the ADAC - unnecessary loss of time 2. the KV, unfortunately I did not get 3. If I had relied on the call, I would still wait today after 5 days. Now I hope that at least the rest of the orders (inspection) were carried out properly :-(
