WOHNEN MIT BABY (WMB-SHOP)

WMB? .. hands off, extreme caution ... I ordered a Lego crawler excavator from WMB-Shop (Siegler) on November 24th, 2010. Receipt of money was confirmed on November 26th, 2010, goods were supposed to be dispatched “next week”, but only took place on December 8th, 2010. The ordered goods were not delivered. Upon request, I was assured that the defective delivery will be exchanged on December 13, 2010. Until December 22nd, I was held up with excuses. It was promised the goods would arrive the next day… etc. On December 22nd, I was fed up with lies and pressed for information. Brief message, the exchange can no longer take place before Christmas. After a massive threat with the Justitz, WMB finally sent me a return coupon on January 8th, 2011 and only when I specifically announced that my legal advisor would be involved, were my goods finally dispatched. Receipt on January 21st, 2011 !!! so almost 2 months later. Conclusion: unnecessary costs, spoiled Christmas, thanks to Siegler no gift for my grandson on Christmas Day. Excuse me from Siegler? No result, just scornful e-mails "We don't really care about your threats". You are lied to and put off. Mails are very rarely answered. Tel. Expensive 0180 number. Stupid excuses: processing takes a while ... ridiculous. If you want to avoid trouble and spare your nerves, you should look for a reputable shop.
