I was in NW in the Esprit Store on 11.4.2014 and was served by a very competent and friendly saleswoman, whose name I unfortunately omitted. She dressed me well, was very honest when something did not stand up or fit and noticed that communication is very important to me when shopping. I bought 10 parts for 300 euros within 30 minutes and have to say: very good cut in time, money, performance and social factor. Thumbs up! I'll be back.
