I can not say enough good things about my experience with Ciera. I reached out to her to see if she would be willing/able to make a local delivery for me for a friend who had lost a family member. I live in the US & I don't speak German which made organizing things more complicated for me. Ciera responded quickly and not only delivered beautiful flowers, but helped me arrange for additional deliveries for my friend. She is kind, professional and creates beautiful arrangements.
