Purchase and shipping went smoothly. Attaching was also no problem. The result is impressive. We saw the pleated blinds with friends and were impressed by the quality, so we ordered directly and also recommended them to the family. Will be ordering again soon. Thank you!

Guten Tag! Habe schon öfters bestellt bei Restseller 24 und wenn es um die Plisse geht bin echt zufrieden und begeistert. Kundenservice und Kommunikation würde ich eher beurteilen als unfreundlich und arrogant da in der Korrespondenz ist mir schon öfters aufgefallen, dass keine Anrede statt findet auch hätte ich das Gelegenheit um mich davon im Gespräch zu überzeugen und kann hier das nur bestätigen!!! Es ist ein absolutes No-Go! Ihr seid überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit und sogar frech! Kundenservice geht leider bisschen anders......

I ordered 4 pleated blinds, one of the pleated blinds is wrong, the fabric is broken on the side. Seller claims (despite meaningful photos) everything is fine, there is no reason for complaint. Second delivery pleated blind on the fabric side broken. Third delivery has seller (accidentally stopped delivery but cashed money beforehand. I will never buy from the dealer again! Now my lawyer has to deal with the ladies there!
