I have from Mr. Michael Walter bought a heat gun on 06/24/2020 which was unfortunately defective. After consulting him, I sent the pistol back. The package came back to me because there was no name tag. After the second attempt, the package arrived at him. Now he does not transfer the money back, does not answer any more messages, the phone numbers cannot be reached. Feels like He died or got very sick. I don't want to believe that He is just a deceiver !?
