The employees seem listless. It doesn't look that tidy. You don't have a good feeling when you enter the shop. The employees seem rather hidden. One of the staff came up to me and was very friendly. Had a nice name. Nobody else was really to be seen while I was there. The saleswoman who advised me laughed a lot and was focused on me. Something like that makes the first impression again. Would have been nice to see or hear more such employees. A melody in the background or music would break the silence there. Or something with light concepts would be better .. In any case, many thanks to the saleswoman who advised me so well. I was really "lucky"

A year ago bought a garden chair in another branch, chair broke, called Hassloch because the branch is closer and the chair was still in stock. Exchange no problem. An hour later on site, the chair to be exchanged was ready, one-to-one exchange. Totally friendly, totally fast, totally great! 👍🏻
