When you come in you expect as a customer that you will be greeted (service) but no you will be shouted at here because you as a customer did not say hello first, and I was thrown out even though I could show a certificate and therefore could not refuel (out of courtesy asked before I refuel) therefore I will not refuel at any Esso gas station in Germany in the future and would rather go to an expensive gas station that at least gives me normal service and does not discriminate against me and will advise my family and friends against going to Esso to go. Because I fear that you do the same with them as with me.

Fuel lasted until Frankfurt am Main. What more do you want?

There is no gas station attendant on site who checks for oil and water. Unfortunately there hasn't been for some time.

Gas station ... And they sell other things besides petrol and diesel ... Wow! 😉
