All of the employees at the Schliecker law firm looked after me very well and are always friendly and polite. My case was handled by Mr Wolfgang Schliecker and he represented me in court. Right from the start I felt that his profession was a calling for RA Schliecker. He is passionate about his job and so he took care of me and my case. Eventually he won in court and made sure I didn't have to worry anymore. He is friendly, polite and above all highly competent and, as the saying goes, "he pulls out all the stops" (of course, always in a legally legal way!) And, above all, he takes the time. I say "THANK YOU", Mr. Schliecker, and I will always recommend you if I hear from people who need legal help.

Mandate ---> "Access rights". Like some before me, I would like to confirm the arrogance and humorous conversations / consultations with Mr. Schliecker. Important deadlines are not met. Important letters were not forwarded to me or were forwarded too late. Important processes were processed half-heartedly or not at all. During the negotiations he often interrupted me loudly, in front of the judge and opponent. As you can imagine, to a great disadvantage for me. Problems with the court were therefore inevitable. As a bonus, at the court's request, the law firm put the blame on me. If the case seems uninteresting or a client does not always agree, he threatens to resign or becomes very loud, condescending and abusive. He also gave me the wrong advice, so I almost wrongly lost my custody. So instead of getting help, the process got even more complicated than it should have been. Then he finally resigned his mandate 4 years ago. The flimsy reason he gave was to finally go into long-awaited retirement. He would no longer want to have access rights and whatever this entails. That was 4 years ago. As I found out from Google reviews, he is probably not retired after all ;-). To be honest, it came in handy for me. He belonged to the "White Ring" - The "White Ring" protects women and mothers who are or have been exposed to a violent man. That he belonged to the "White Ring" was the real reason why I chose Mr. Schliecker. With Mr. Schliecker, however, I felt like I was stuck in a "black ring". Is that the claim of a lawyer or a former member of the "White Ring"? I will certainly never seek his help again. Fortunately, I can say that this is no longer necessary either. The successor, a far better lawyer, successfully represented me in this long-term process and thus ended it. Thank goodness - so in the end this horror story had a HAPPY END! S. Merry
