ACHAT Hotel Neustadt an der Weinstraße

I stayed there in July, at the height of the heat wave with a Cosmos tour. I was very disappointed that the hotel was not air conditioned and the fan that they put in our room really wasn't worth the trouble. The only way that the room actually cooled off was when we got a cross breeze with the windows wide open and the room door cracked. Not exactly the most safe option for a traveler. Wifi only worked in the reception area. It was an OK hotel, needs a makeover and air conditioning.

Clean tidy and spacious hotel. Stayed there for a night as part of our package tour. Wifi was good. Buffet Dinner was tasty and buffet breakfast had small selection of English breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our short stay there.

Good facilities. Great service. Complimentary breakfast was just too ordinary with minimum spread...there was not even a bread toaster available.

The is the most disgusting hotel on my trip.The hotel was Dirty.Paid for a buffet that had nothing but custard for my supper. I had to go to a service station to buy myself something to eat.The staff was rude and did not want to refill the buffet.Would not except credit cards to order drinks.My room was wet all across the floor which was carpeted.My bed smelled of urine.The pictures did not resemble this hotel.Stayed at the here in June 2018.No A/C.Location is very sketchy.

Place looked good at first, then we started experiencing issues. Wifi only worked near reception, not in 1st floor, in my room. Asked two different receptionists, all they said was "it should work", didn't bother to offer help. Food was average. No ac in the hot summer weather. Didn't even see a table fan, which would have been enough.
