Disaster for these craftsmen. Actually, it is not a craftsman, but a cheater. Unreliable, unprofessional only caused property damage. Deposit required immediately on the first day, which we stupidly did. You actually have to report such a craftsman. Beware of that. Just want to warn other people!

Warning!!! We have had the same experience with Mr. Ninassi for weeks as apparently other affected people here. Obviously, this is a scam. Shortly before the planned start of work, he wanted to have the entire remaining payment in advance in cash due to an alleged change of company. Fortunately, I didn't do that. Mr. Ninassi is the most unreliable artisan I've ever met. In addition, he had a different excuse every day why he couldn't come or if he had to go earlier. In the end, despite several warnings, he never came back and simply withheld the money already paid. A promised remittance was never made, although he allegedly made it. I have now filed a criminal complaint. The good ratings must be fake!

Watch out, scammers! Lawyer is on. Several thousand euros in damage to a new apartment.

Mr. Ninassi makes offers (in my case via Check24), requests a down payment for the material costs and then finds countless excuses .... Material not available due to Corona, father died (what a human abyss to use such an excuse, which obviously does not exist true), illness (he had a gastrointestinal tract for 3 weeks .... remarkable in terms of health) etc. Despite the announcement, he did not repay the down payment. I gave my case to a lawyer and filed a complaint! Hands off!
