1. I am happy to be able to drop off or pick up parcels here. Thank you for that. 2. I'm also happy if I can leave this branch again quickly. I don't expect an exuberant welcome, but friendliness would look good on the ladies. So take a friendly look out of the laundry.

Helpful, customer advice, friendliness are seemingly foreign words here. I just admire how you can work all day in such a bad mood (you notice right away) (rarely go to the post office, but sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, and again today, I've never experienced a better atmosphere here. For the customer service area, the ladies are, in my opinion, in the wrong place. I'm already thinking about where to go to the post office in the near future. I'm really sorry to only award this with one star.
