Incredibly rude! You go to the shop on Friday evenings. Is served by an older blonde lady with glasses who is so rude and cannot remember 2 sentences. I wanted to send a package and price information for another. I could hear: Why do I have to send parcels now (!) of all times -How do you come up with something like that now? After all, customers want to quickly redeem / connect lotto tickets here Are you crazy??? I felt I had to repeat everything 10 times, because the sluggish madame can't remember anything.
