DB Reisezentrum Neustadt (Weinstr) Hbf

I talked to a young guy and explained that I have paid twice for 1 ticket due to a technical problem with the DB app. He was not friendly, not willing to understand and told me that it is my problem then told me to get out. This is crazy, and very rude. Very disappointed with the service!

So unfriendly even if you are stressed yourself. Was allowed to run out howling after some electricians ran in and my "customer service" stopped listening to me. The call DB customer service is much more recommendable, they listen and help you. The travel center has sent me to other federal states several times because they didn't feel like helping themselves (apparently they don't care how to get there if you have ticket difficulties).

Incredibly unfriendly lady. I had a simple question and was bored from the side. The woman should definitely look for another job. You can be in a bad mood, but generally the happiest candle will not be.

I had the experience on 18.10.2019 so around 17 clock. Only one counter was manned by a young gentleman. It was nice, I printed out the timetable for the next train, lifted the train binding of my ticket by means of a stamp and explained how I could drive far to Zurich.

So far I could always be helped. The staff is sometimes nice and sometimes it makes you feel unwanted and annoying. Unfortunately, all the switches have never been occupied, so the waiting times are usually relatively long (20-45 minutes), which is why I missed the desired train despite half an hour's advance.
