Die TUI in Neustadt

We wanted to book Europa Park for a few days. They didn't manage that. At first they didn't know where to get the tickets, but they sent the organizer and their e-mail. They got no answer to that. Then, according to the organizer, they first had to send an inquiry for the hotel rooms, and there was no answer. They did not manage to pick up the phone and call the Europapark. We felt that the employees were either lazy or unmotivated. In the travel agency of Ms. Helga Reiss on Oberenhauptstrasse there were no problems with booking. Frau Reiss picked up the phone and spoke with the reservation from the Europapark and now we have ticketzs and rooms. Not recommended
