We had various "difficulties" with our cat, which is why we turned to CatEmotion. Kathrin then visited us at home and advised us for about 1.5 hours and interacted with our cat. In my opinion, Kathrin has a great deal of specialist knowledge and runs CatEmotion very professionally. She was prepared for her visit with a questionnaire that we had filled out beforehand, so that you could get straight into the essentials. We later received a detailed written summary from her, with everything that was discussed, purchase recommendations and general tips. The information and recommendations for action were extremely helpful for us. We discovered a whole new side of our cat and I think he has more fun with us too. Thank you dear Kathrin for your competent help! It was so good that we only needed you once :-) But if there is a need again in the future, we will definitely come back!

It was the first time that I had to rely on cat care. Just getting to know each other was great. My cats opened up quickly, even though one of them is very shy around strangers. We had our cat looked after for 9 days by Mrs. Zimmermann. Our cat started limping a little before, she had to get several pills a day and needs a lot of encouragement. So no simple requirements for a cat sitter. We have long considered whether we should even go on vacation. In hindsight, we can say that it was possible thanks to the crazy great dedication and the great care of our cat by Mrs. Zimmemann and for us the relaxing holiday, which we urgently needed. We got her whatsapp messages and videos from our cat on vacation that calmed us down. Our cat ate well, took the pills and she quickly accepted Frau Zimmermann, played and cuddled with her. We could already see that during the appointment. Ms. Zimmemann has a lot of experience with cats, is as gentle as cats often need it and you realize that caring for the cat is a matter of the heart for her. And what was very important to us and fully arrived: Mrs. Zimmermann is absolutely reliable! It was a great care for our cat. Many thanks Ms. Zimmermann and always again!

Mrs. Zimmermann is a competent, sympathetic and reliable cat sitter and we were very happy with the holiday care. With her, you know that the cats are well taken care of and they take care of it with a lot of love and know-how. As a cat psychologist and with her registered company, she is our first choice and absolutely trustworthy. Since she herself has cats from animal welfare, I know that she has her heart in the right place. She will be booked again for the next vacation.
