Great service !!! With my Ford Explorer (USA import) I called several large Ford dealerships north of Hamburg. Nobody could (or wanted to help). At the Kolb car dealership, the matter was immediately taken care of and the car was repaired in a very short time. I can only recommend it, as they really try to help the customer and customer service is obviously very important here. Also a tip for US import owners ...

Error: failure of the automatic air conditioning; The cause was a defective interior fan. And that at 29 degrees outside temperature ... For reasons of capacity, they couldn't help me on Monday, but on Tuesday, when there was a rental car. The repair (on guarantee) then took a day longer than expected, but I was allowed to use the rental car for a day longer at no extra cost. Gas station for refueling a few meters along the road. The telephone availability was very good, they were friendly and competent. Overall recommendable.

Certainly it can be cheaper somewhere, but this workshop and especially the master offers a very sincere, honest and very professional and objective service. A very pleasant and friendly climate! The first time that I was satisfied after a visit to the workshop!

The advice is always top, the service by the front desk and the service staff impeccable, friendly and courteous. All repairs have always been explained and carried out to our complete satisfaction. In contrast to other Ford dealerships where we were customers in Lübeck before, you really have the feeling that the customer is king. We particularly liked the fact that repairs were actually carried out here and not always whole parts replaced directly. This saved us a lot of money. Unfortunately, due to the switch to electromobility, we had to leave the brand and with it the dealership and wanted to say THANK YOU again, especially to Mr. Nitzschke, Mr. Hillmann and the receptionists.
