I ordered the kitchen in the middle of the year. Since I was pressed for time, I decided to spend a little more money to get a guaranteed delivery. Shortly before the planned delivery date, I was called to inform that the kitchen would be delivered in 3 weeks, so almost 2 weeks too late. After I complained, it was like magic on the last possible date to meet the express delivery. About 6 weeks ago, the tenants informed me that u. a. the stove top gets completely hot. Also in places where it shouldn't get hot. After several appointments were postponed, an electrician was there about a week ago. He just drew the tenants' attention to the fact that it was not an electrical fault, but an installation fault. I said that to the Neustadt kitchen studio immediately afterwards with the request that the damage be repaired. To this day, the employees unfortunately play "dead". I don't get any callbacks (although I have been asked to do so several times) and I also don't get an answer to emails. Service and complaint processing = NULL !!! Never again Baltic Sea kitchens ... P.S .: Possibly Does anyone get in touch with me now?

We ordered a very high-quality and expensive kitchen for our new house at the end of 2019. The kitchen was due to be assembled in July 2020 and that was when the chaos began. The kitchen was opened by a subcontractor on July 17th. delivered - some parts were missing and some parts were wrongly too many. The assembly started on July 20th. and it lasted until all parts were delivered and installed by the subcontractors until December 9th, 2020. In between there were complaints on our part due to work that was not carried out professionally. Despite a written request, the company has not yet met a final appointment for a consultation and the completion of small residual work - there is probably only legal recourse. Conclusion: Do not pay the entire purchase price upon delivery, at least 10% withheld. Actually, we wouldn't have given a star, unfortunately the system doesn't allow anything else.

Our new kitchen of Baltic Sea kitchens in Neustadt is great. This is what the good advice has provided. Everything - from dismantling to installation - worked great and very reliably. Everything nice and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied! THANK YOU!

An inconspicuous kitchen studio in Neustadt Holstein convinced us Hamburgers in their entirety! Starting with a consultation by Mrs. Woile, who on a Saturday morning, although we arrived unannounced, has put a detailed picture of our future kitchen in our minds ... perfect, with all the thoughtful details, not tired of incorporating our individual ideas into the planning, or also discourage if necessary. Later, in the detailed phase with a local meeting in Hamburg ... it was always practically before expensive ... In our case, from the planning phase over the execution phase, with a 100% adherence to schedules up to a construction team, which complain all those lacking or unqualified staff, penalties! Everything, but also everything perfectly organized and executed down to the smallest detail! Oh yes, the kitchen ... Not just a dream anymore ... Daaaaanke !!!!!!

At the kpchenplanung Mr. Ordon was still very sympathetic! After signing the contract, the sheet had turned very quickly .. was barely reachable! Has not responded to emails! And firmly planned installations (which were very important to me and high priority in the planning) without agreement exchanged, and changed in the adjournment .. on demand why and why was unfortunately only a shrug .. firmly planned agreed installation dates were simply changed and communicated !! Unfortunately, we did not have any say in the matter ... buying a kitchen should be a nice event with anticipation .. unfortunately I am very sad and deeply disappointed with the whole action of Mr. Ordon
