Mr. Hahn was unsympathetic to us and the costs were completely overdrawn! We only had stress with Mr. Hahn. As the previous speaker correctly writes, moreover, the work is done on a temporal basis "at its own discretion". No recommendation!

We commissioned Bungsberger Heizungs Service to completely renovate our 6m² bathroom. The first appointment was quickly arranged and the boss of the company Mr. Hahn was also on time for the appointment on site. After an appointment at a bathroom exhibition came a few days later, a cost estimate with a possible date for the start of construction. Thought time for the construction to completion, about 4 weeks Mr. Hahn should take care of everything, including tiler Maurer u.s.w. We were assured that this was not a problem and definitely possible. The review of the tiler can be read at the company Baltic Construction. As far as the preparation, start of construction is 06.05. The company found a virtually gutted bathroom. It was only the toilet and the radiator mounted, everything else was out, including screed. The company came on the first day of construction only for lunch and then only for 2 hours. The next day in the morning until the evening, then in the morning until noon. So, you never really knew when they would come and if so, how long they stay. Construction progress was always very sparse to see, but everything seems to be done properly. During the construction phase, the utmost effort was made to avoid filth and as little as possible to get into the rest of the house. The new piping required about 8 working days. In my opinion too long. Then came the company Ostseebau and has done various work and then the final assembly. It did not come the desired shower tray, whereby the sewers had to be changed again. Without agreement partly other materials were installed, but Mr. Hahn did not increase the material price. Completion of the bathroom: first week of July Big mistakes of the company: There was no heating on the upper floor for about 3 weeks (there were still very cold days in May) -We had 3 working days no running water - I was sent to the hardware store in the middle of construction to get materials and then with an incomplete shopping list, whereupon the building stood empty again for 1-2 hours -The insanely long construction time of more than 6 weeks - The cost estimate has been exceeded by more than 20% Conclusion: We wanted to support a regional operation and fell with it enormously on the nose. The whole bathroom was overpriced, it took way too long and in my opinion is not 100% professional. At the end we have a bathroom with many concessions with which we are not 100% satisfied. Clearly: NO recommendation of this Betiebes for a renovation / new construction.
