You just have to like the tax office. 🙂 Anyone who is friendly to the employees is treated equally friendly. I can not complain about the availability by phone, callbacks are also complied with.

I was almost ruined by an incorrect tax bill. I paid the tax correctly years ago. Nevertheless, no contradiction, no factual argumentation and no explanation helped. The Itzehoe tax office has illegally and stubbornly insisted on the decision. I was successful before the responsible tax court even without legal representation and have now received the money back. Justification of the tax office before the judge: You have overlooked documents! Hello? If the delinquent explains, proves and explains X times, does such a shoddy statement come before the court? This is just the arbitrariness of the authorities by incompetent and high-handed officials. And the head of department lets it all run that way, so that one gets the impression that everyone just wants to collect their salary and whether other people are ruined is completely irrelevant. It's good that at least the Schleswig Holstein Finance Court has done its job quickly and purposefully and that the rule of law still worked despite the Itzehoe tax office.
