After a long time I wanted to treat myself to the luxury of a visit to the hairdresser again and went to Sabine Krohn's salon as a new customer. Before, my hair was long, flowing and well-groomed. Now, however, hard edges spoil the picture. The hair was cut unclean and the transitions are missing. It looks awful. I haven't been to the hairdresser's in over a year and am appalled at how you can destroy this in less than an hour. Even after a personal conversation, there was no fair solution, on the contrary. My feelings were never caught and the waste was talked about nicely. I am really more than disappointed! Very unprofessional and absolutely not recommended! Addition: Now I was somewhere else and a master hairdresser examined the cut. She was shocked by the lack of competence of her colleagues in Itzehoe. My hair was overworked very thoroughly there. It took the master hairdresser over an hour to limit the damage.

Completely stressed in the store purely and deep relaxation again out. And the best part is: The hair was also cut and styled top! Great shop!

All staff are very friendly. The barber shop is beautifully designed and has a flair. But: my hair. .. and I have thick beautiful hair. .. have been completely blended by 2 different hairdressers. The prices are completely covered !!! Never again!

No matter who you "catch", everyone is always friendly and extremely competent. You feel in really good hands. I always enjoy going there.
