Dear Sir/madam, I would like to bring your attention to a very unsatiafactory and poor auto service and customer service, I was offered by your shop. I left my car at your shop on June 26, 2017, in a hope that my car would go through a required service and repair as contracted. The service contract include : oil change, oil filter, wheels balancing, break wear check and repair, sign light repair pluss transmission problems ( the car changed gear to early in the case of kick down). Total agreed service cost was 1000 Euro. I informed your service engineer that the car is chiped. I was expecting already a call on 27 June 2017, to collect a car. Since, I was not contacted as promised, I visited your shop and to my surperise, I figured out that due to software update conduced at your shop, the auto was having a problem and your employees were contacting all shops around to see whether others can help, but apparently no one was able to fix it. The car software was updated whitout my permision (enginelight was continuously lit up at display). I contacted a shop in Norway where I live, they told me that they can fix it at a certian price. I discussed this with your employees, and they told me that they wil deduct the cost from the contracted service cost. Sound to be a way to solve the issue. I was told that the other services were conducted as requested and agreed and the car can be collected at the end of the day. I asked your service engineer wherher the rest of the service has been completed as promised, and the answer was YES all is ok. I was back at the end of the day to collect the car, where again to my surprise, I was given a bill (374 Euro) and your colleague in charge was not even around to explain. I tried the car to be sure that the rest is ok, but again I found out surperisingly that the only thing which was done as promissed was the oil change and filter. I informed your reception lady on all those things, and she told me that everything have been checked and it shoud be ok. I insisted to inform her that your colleagues have not even changed the sign light, and agian the answer I get was: we checked that and the light is ok but the problem is with cable some place in car. I told her that I KNOW the light must be changed and the problem will be solved. Again they take the car to the workshope and after 15 min they said that they dont't have this kind of light which shows that the answers I got from beginning was not the right ones at all. I hit the road back to Norway, where I realized that basically none of the major repairs were conducted. I drived from Germany to Norway with maximum speed of 120 km/h and overtaking was dangerous and impossible. Unfortunately, I am extremely unsatisfied, however, I am looking for a solution. And I prefer to think for it together with you. My suggestion to solve all the created issues and do the services not conducted at your shop is that you arrange with a Mercedes Benz service shop in Norway at your cost, where I can bring my car for service and get a rent car until the problems are solved. Or I arrange the repairs by myslf and your company transfer the payment to me. But I think the first solutions will be the best solutions so my car can be fixed as contracted. By the way, I want to thank you for washing my car, but this wasn't part of my wishes. And I hope to come to an agreement on one of the above solutions. Looking forward to hearing ftom you. And the answer were: that they don't wanna fix the car

At the beginning I had a few problems where my registration certificate got lost & my battery was empty when I picked it up. After I had a detailed conversation with the foreman, the problems could be resolved quickly and in less than a week a new registration certificate was there, in addition, a ventilation grille was installed in front of me on goodwill. I am completely satisfied 👍🏻 Mistakes happen, we are only human 🤓

After my very good experience with the workshop area, this impression was recently confirmed when buying a Mercedes “Junge Sterne” including trade-in for the used one. We would advise Mr. Höft courteously and competently but always unobtrusively. Things that were discussed were not only adhered to, but sometimes exceeded. The company motto applies completely.
