I pay for a used car and after a week I went to take it from there.
From the phone they told that the car was in perfect condition.

Be careful when choosing a sales advisor! I had to get to know an absolutely unprofessional, morose, quick-tempered and unfriendly of this species here. I haven't seen that before.
In the future I will avoid this man and the company as well. Since it is written in the reviews that you take criticism very seriously, I have emailed the whole matter to your customer service. Unfortunately, I have to give you a star, but I strongly recommend prospective buyers: Choose another car dealership!

Unfortunately, I was given the car without a radio code, which is no problem as long as you don't change the battery. Now it was time. Battery defective. After a few calls I was told that I had to come over and it would cost around 35 euros.
My mistake was just not paying attention to it. But who cares?
Thanks to Nissan customer service, I have the code. One phone call and two e-mails were enough.
