So we always order there now.
Staff is friendly. And there is nothing to complain about the food.
It's always delicious. The pizzas are very good
never again. after 2.5 hours still nothing has arrived. When asked on the phone, the answer is rude and disrespectful. because it wasn't the first time that we had to wait longer than two hours, we thought we'd call. It was said that the food was about to go out (after 2.5 hours) although it was said that it would take an hour. Of course we understand that hell is going on on a sunday, but you can apologize for waiting for 2.5 hours and not be disrespectful towards you. When asked that we had the problem several times and that the food arrived here cold and limp, she simply canceled our order and we were allowed to order elsewhere because we were very hungry!
We have never seen anything so unfriendly and disrespectful.
The best pizza and pasta in Bergisch Gladbach. The noodles in particular are really tasty and fresh. To be honest, I cannot understand the rating (under 4).
