Due to a breakdown abroad, we used a free rental car from the ADAC after returning home. When picking up the rental car you felt like a supplicant, not like an ADAC Club member! The arrogance in person sat at the table and was offended when I did not want to take out completely overpriced insurance with him. The ADAC colleagues made very negative comments about the handling of our breakdown ... you don't do that! The return, in turn, took place at another employee, who in turn was extremely nice and uncomplicated!

So far I have only had positive experiences with the Müller company. I had the company twice as a towing service and it went very well. You have to put up with the waiting time. It is an emergency. The staff is friendly and helpful. You only get an appointment in the workshop with a wait. That didn't happen to me. So I can't judge the workshop. The towing service is recommended.
