I have to say quite honestly that if you want to rent something and bring it back, you can also be friendly with customers. I was treated so rude as my daughter in law brought the car back and I just asked for a photo.
I will NOT rent a CAR there.

Stranded in Itzehoe on a Saturday 2:30 p.m. in August 2020. 2 women recovered and a small dog on the way from Denmark to Hesse. Dragged to Itzehoe with engine failure. Immediately and unproblematically, you received consolation and help from Europcar around the corner in the form of a car, time and the utmost courtesy. Without this very nice and professional help we would have been "lost in Itzehoe". Thanks to Europcar Itzehoe, we arrived safely at home on the same day. Thank you so much! And if there were 10 stars to be distributed, we would definitely give these 10 stars!
