The young employee there in the branch is just "great". Always trying to take into account all the wishes of the customer and always trying to get a good price. That wasn't always the case in the past. I hope this young colleague will stay in the branch for a long time. I am very satisfied and would give more stars if possible. TOP. Keep it up!!!

Very good. I was able to rent an Opel Corsa 13 days ago and pay in cash. It cannot be taken for granted. I returned the car today, washed it, of course, and refueled it. Great car rental, I can only recommend it. Greetings from Timmendorfer Strand, Torsten Thiel

Everything worked perfectly, the vehicle was new and clean. Operation was polite and correct, no complaint! Returning outside of business hours was also no problem. However, what I do not understand is that a deposit is actually debited from the credit card first and is only transferred back to the card account a few days after the vehicle has been returned. Other landlords only blog the deposit amount and pick it up after returning it. The procedure here is cumbersome, I think.
