I read / hear again and again that one is concerned with the scrap prices suspected fraud ... That's just because you, dear deliverers, the scrap not sorted properly. If you have iron parts in aluminum or brass in copper, it's no wonder if you don't get the price you hoped for. You still have to work on it to separate it. HOWEVER, the "half" sorted stuff comes in a shredder anyway. AND in addition, in times of the Internet, you could have information on the homepage, what matters to you in terms of scrap and its pricing. DES FURTHER, there should also be some info, what categories are there and what the prices are. Other scrapyards can do that ... Since I can't understand why the people on the little scales (at the back of the booth) do not know the current prices, I can only give 3 points. They are the real point of contact there. There is a data flow from the balance "into the system", why not a data flow of prices "to the scales"? In any case, the money I get for my junk is right. -Because it is sorted correctly. Only with aluminum, which is always weighed as "max 2% Fe", although there is no FE on it. I don't even collect aluminum with iron parts ... - I also know what a magnet is, right?
