Very friendly, helpful and customer oriented! I bought a car with almost worn out tires and had advice about a replacement. The employee could easily have sold me new tires straight away, but he was honest and said I can still drive the tires this summer and should then replace them before winter. He also printed out a cost estimate and gave it to me. I found it remarkable that the employee came out immediately and took the time to look closely at the problem. ATU in Itzehoe can take a thick slice of it, where it is only enough for 1 star, here there are 5! Really great, I definitely like to go back there.
