When I was at atu for the TÜV, I was told that I would have to put 1000 euros in my car before it would even get through. Relatively bent, I spontaneously drove to this workshop, which got my car through the TÜV for less than a fifth of the sum in a very short time. The employee who looked after me was super friendly and professionally competent, I felt very comfortable here and will always go here from now on.
I've lived in Itzehoe for almost a year and had to look for a new workshop. At the first workshop I fell flat on my face. With my new car, I had a technical question that was answered immediately. I had to buy winter tires for my Volvo, which is still in the factory warranty. The tires were ordered and mounted. The price and performance were great. My son from Hamburg had his Volvo serviced on my recommendation - he is also very satisfied and will continue to drive from Hamburg to Itzehoe to have his car serviced.
So far only positive experiences! Fair prices and nice employees and, as far as I can tell, competent professionals. I am already a customer with the second vehicle.
