The selection and quality of the goods is, as usual with denn's, top! However, this branch differs from many others because: Most of the employees are friendly and courteous! One or the other could still learn to smile ..., but there are also absolutely jet sellers who conjure up a smile on the face of every customer with their absolute friendliness.
Mask requirement is not observed here, and distance regulations are also not known. You should "clean up" this shop once
The staff are very gracious and helpful. With my last order, a sack of naked oats, I had a surprise: The boss, a cold and dismissive person, took my order, but refused to call me when I received it, "I would sit on the phone for hours!" She said the sack was in store from the 21st. Today, the 23rd, I was there for free. My 5 stars are only for the employees of this health food store.
For my taste a well-stocked organic market with very friendly staff.
The missing star is for the bakery shop, in which a saleswoman does not use an adequate mask but a scarf as MNA, which I find unsavory on the one hand and on the other hand she should set a good example, especially since the mask requirement is pointed out at the entrance door.
My question - why she does not wear an ffp2 mask, she commented with "this only applies from Monday and there are no guidelines from the management". I see some catching up to do!
