Unfortunately very tight. There are stands in the way everywhere so that you can hardly pass by. Especially not when other customers are there. So you really can't keep your distance in the corridors. And it's not a nice shopping experience.

I went to the branch in the evening. It was almost empty, there were only two customers at the checkout. I intend to buy a perfume and went to the back, found the perfume and rang the bell to have someone give it to me. In one of the aisles, two shop assistants were placing goods and looked at me several times, but no one moved to help me. I waited almost 15 minutes, rang a total of 3 times until I finally went to the women mentioned and asked about the shift manager. Then I received the counter question, what I would like ... that settled my request ... obviously they didn't want to serve me. I didn't expect or ask for anything in particular. I just wanted to buy a perfume ... it was probably too much to ask

This branch is way too small and cramped. Shopping here is no fun at all and in the current Corona time it is impossible to adhere to the distance regulation. A large new branch in the Itzehoer pedestrian zone would be desirable.

I also dared to ask about an amber necklace, which is sold in other branches, and I was told very snuggly: "We don't have" .... At the checkout, after a: "Thank you, have a nice day" on our part, we were not honored with a single glance. Well maybe next time ...
