I am not sure under which aspect my rental company hired this company, but in 50 years of life I have not experienced any worse organization, planning and communication. Some of the workers are clueless, barely able to speak German, and are outrageous. You go into various rooms without being asked and do not wear a mask when working in the apartment despite clear corona rules and also with the people at risk! From 7.5 working hours there is a 1.5 hour +/- 1/2 hour break! Without an announcement and sometimes you end work without having finished, because one of the other thinks he has done it. The end of work seems to be sacred at 2 p.m. is being packed! 2 months became half a year ... unacceptable. I would never engage them privately! .
