After a break-in at our home, we wanted our lost security back. During research we came across Ritter Technik. Despite many orders, it was possible to get an appointment for advice at short notice. Mr. Ritter visited us at home and really took a lot of time. The conversation included what I mean by first class service. At no time was there a feeling of sales talk. After the conversation, you almost felt safer. ☺ Our security system was installed at short notice by very friendly and competent staff. The technicians also had the necessary sensitivity and did not declare you stupid after the break-in. The on-site service, the telephone support and the after-sales service are unique. If someone asks me who I would recommend, it would definitely be Ritter Technik. Price / performance fits! Security just costs its price!
