The very last. I ordered my bridal bouquet there in mid-March, was on site 3 times and discussed my ideas etc. with two different employees who also wrote down everything. On her own initiative, one of them offered to leave my phone number so that they could let me know when something came up, which I did with gratitude. This gave me a good, secure feeling, especially in the current times. On the day of my wedding, my husband called in the morning to ask when we could pick up the bouquet. The employee replied unkindly that they had been closed for the past few weeks and knew nothing about a bridal bouquet, allegedly no one had been ordered. When asked if she could quickly tie one up now, she replied fiercely that that would not be possible because she was currently loading goods. And that's it - no excuse, no solutions, just a poppy goodbye. That was 45 minutes (!!!!!!) before the wedding. Luckily there are also friendly, spontaneous florists in Itzehoe, who then tied me a wonderful bouquet very quickly and very friendly. If you could give 0 stars, I would do it immediately, one is still too much.
