Because it was time to buy a new mattress and after my good experience at the time, I went there again. Sorry but this time I was disappointed. The advice (for me it wasn't, no we didn't, no there are no more, two alternatives were offered) I personally had the feeling the employee thought, well, the customer won't come back . No matter another shop now has one less mattress in its warehouse.

The saleswoman tried very hard, but couldn't really help me because I'm allergic to many fabrics and she didn't know exactly what the combination of the covers and the filling is, that's a shame ... That's why I didn't feel really taken seriously .

Super. Service without ifs and buts. Have the mattresses after 2 months just swap again, because I wanted to have the slightly softer version, which was then recommended to me. Great advice and always friendly.
