Communication and service disaster. Waited twice as long for the item as advertised. No availability by phone or email. Even to this day there has been no response to complaints despite multiple emails and many phone calls. I can only advise against placing an order!

I ordered two sun loungers three weeks ago. I can not complain about the shipping. Unfortunately for quality. The couches together cost 1800 € where the quality left something to be desired. The couches each have two roles, where one role has already got into a wrong position due to the transport. If you fold the couches all the way back, there is a danger of tipping back. In the description there was a seat height of 58cm Unfortunately, they only have a height of 40cm. Where you have been looking for a really long time, that as an older person you can get up sensibly. So all in all. Absolutely dissatisfied for so much money. And no reaction from the manufacturer in relation to the position of the errors, defects.

1-A quality, carefully and by hand. So if you are looking for cheap goods that should be delivered within a few days, this is not the place for you! We are absolutely satisfied and are also pleased to be able to support a company from the region with the purchase. If you can't / don't want to put up with waiting times, you shouldn't go to the hard working limit! Good for us😀

Just wanted to ask by email how long the delivery times are, unfortunately no response. Also tried several times to call between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. (as advertised on the homepage). After each call you were simply pushed away. Communication or accessibility a smooth 6. Unfortunately, you have to give a star, I would not assign one. Beach chair meanwhile ordered elsewhere.
