I have now had to go to the emergency room twice and I am happy and grateful that there are people who help you in such situations and are still so friendly, empathetic and competent. The waiting times are sometimes quite long, unfortunately you can tell that there is a lack of staff. Nevertheless, I felt that I was in good hands here at all times or at least felt that I was treated according to my condition.

Always friendly and helpful Even with stupid questions. You feel in good hands. Which is not insignificant with diseases. I always enjoy going there for all my appointments.

Clinic was clean. Disinfectant was everywhere. It was checked that not so many come in, so only sick / injured. Unfortunately, the doctor in the emergency room was very unfriendly, he didn't really take it for granted and didn't see it properly. The doctor was very annoyed! This shouldn't be taken out on patients. Even if it is exhausting for doctors at the moment, you have to be friendly, polite and competent!
