Dr Doering + team. I feel very well taken care of by Mr. Döring. Time is taken, very friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere. The assistants are really nice too. All in all, a great practice!

It is wonderful how you can reach the "Diabetes Expert Team" advertised in the brochure by phone. Not at all !!! No matter when I call - the answering machine is always there. Supposedly, the employees are in constant conversation. For three weeks?! I find it absolutely wrong !!!!

The phone number is misleading. There is no ENT in the medical center, Robert - Koch Str. My husband has a terrible earache. Contacted the number after 6:00 pm because he was still at work ... Is also on duty 24 hours a day. The lady on the phone was very indignant, which is why he probably called, they had no ENT and he had landed in the hospital and should call the MVZ in Viktoriastraße tomorrow ..... So friendliness is different! We were very disappointed!

Miss Dr. Pohlmann and Dr. Döring are really great, competent doctors. Modern, clean practice and friendly tone in the personnel area. Ms. Baske and her colleagues at reception are also very friendly ...
