Incredibly amateurish. I should get a device that measures all my sleep values ​​at home at night. This cable position alone was very annoying and I could hardly sleep. The employee who was supposed to explain the device to me didn't even know how it worked and had to consult a colleague all the time. When I asked if I should switch on the device in the evening, I was informed that it switches on or off independently. I shouldn't do anything except put it on. Then the next morning at 6 a.m. I should simply hand in the equipment case and its contents and call the practice around noon and check the results. When I did that, I was told on the phone that the meter had not recorded any data. It probably didn't start. I should make a new appointment and then repeat the whole procedure again. I told the lady on the phone that I was 100% severely handicapped and that I had level 3 of care, which caused me tremendous agony on my first visit. Then the lady said if I am dissatisfied with the Itzehoe sleep laboratory, I should go somewhere else. This insolence and rudeness, this amateurism, is really hard to beat. Not a word of apology or regret. Just cheeky, stupid comments. But I am sure that this sleep laboratory will send an invoice to my health insurance. I will definitely keep an eye on that. It's all about money and no longer about the patient. Sad and outrageous. I can only advise everyone against going into this practice. Then prefer the somewhat larger route to the lung clinic in Großhansdorf. Your health and your nerves will thank you.
