The lady was just incredibly nice, loving and has worked with such a care and love. So my mouse left the store incredibly happy. After that, I was still advised and meanwhile, another employee cared lovingly for my daughter 😊 Highly recommended dazu and a very good, professional advice 😊

My husband bought my engagement ring here. Unfortunately, after less than a year, the ring was broken and the diamond flown out for no apparent reason. We brought him back for repair. There were a few complications and disagreements with the boss. They repaired him within two weeks (planned was a week). A few days later, the diamond fell off again. This time they showed themselves to be friendly, cooperative, worked very conscientiously and created a free version for the diamond, with which we are very satisfied. I hope he will survive our marriage without further breakages;). Because of the complicated history, unfortunately, I can not give more than 3 stars.

Have some time ago made our wedding rings here. The craftsmanship was perfect and a lot better than the wedding rings "off the shelf". For the rings, the size was determined professionally in the course of the detailed consultation and also checked again on collection. Who puts emphasis on super quality at fair prices, can certainly not go wrong here! I am writing this review because I have read the negative recession from the anonymous "AS" and, in my experience, doubt it is true.

Customer service really the last one! Wedding rings were ordered for around 2300 euros. One ring was too big, so it had to be touched up. So when it came to pick up 2 weeks later, the ring could not be found! The statement was then: "We will get in touch with you tomorrow" 3 days later I called because no one answered. The ring is there now. So when I picked up the ring, changing the size cost me another 30 euros. That the ring also got an ugly "kink" in the design "by making it smaller" is also not normal ... but I definitely have it fixed with someone else! So I buy 2 rings worth 2300 euros and then I am asked to go to the cash register again because the size is not correct? And the impertinence was simply that this information was kept secret when buying! Never again! Every backyard smuggler is customer-oriented ... Addendum to response from owner: It wasn't this year either! It's been a while. Only mine, meanwhile woman, came up with the idea "you really have to rate this" when we happened to drive past your shop and the topic came up again. That is the case now. I can also take photos of the EC voucher, it is not like that.
