We can only advise against this lawyer. He took our case and basically never really took action. Instead, he constructed a "new additional case" out of our matter and even filed a lawsuit. He billed his services, which we then unfortunately paid for. The lawsuit was dismissed with kettledrums and trumpets because the process was time-barred! was. Paying attention to limitation periods should be the 1 x 1 of a lawyer. In the end, he lied to us too. After nothing happened in the original case for a long time (more than 1 year) and we then asked several times, all of a sudden it was said that there would be a court date about a week later. We should have listened carefully, but who expects a lawyer to lie to his clients? The fact was, there was no court date because he just did nothing. We should actually have taken action against Mr Fischer and demanded the money back, but we probably wouldn't have had a chance against a lawyer. After this extremely bad experience with Mr. Fischer, we found another, much better law firm, which finally helped us to a good end. With this review we want to protect others from harm.

I wrote this lawyer 2 days ago about "Anwalt.de Service Team" and received no answer. That's probably my luck, because his ratings here are bad!

Unfortunately, I was also a client of Mr. Fischer. Did the negative reviews, unfortunately, only after the receipt of the mandate relationship read and therefore unfortunately the wrong "lawyer" advised. But now I have terminated my mandate relationship with immediate effect and I have sought a good lawyer and found. I can only confirm the other negative reviews.

Never again ... has no idea ... assumes everything .. then agile ... no concept ... only harmed ... gave wrong recommendations to maximize his fee !!! ... deliberately drives clients into the process in order to drive up his fee ... False advice of the very best quality ... Finger away from Corvin Fischer !!!!

Warning about RA Fischer! The RA Fischer takes everything and everyone and tells a lot about stories to Schill, but he handles the acquired cases very badly. All foam brawl. Becomes slightly choleric, mandates simply breaks off when it's too annoying becomes. Does not come then also to court appointments, so that omission- judgments against a fate. Absolutely discourage, if you have important and sustainable cases has to do.
